I have recently needed to seek insurance in the Portland, ME area due to a family member moving to the area. For the last 30 years I have always used State Farm for home, auto, boat insurance in another state. So I called a number of State Farm agents in the Portland area. I was most impressed with the response I received from the Steve Trombley agency. I dealt with Jennifer Dadiotes and found her to be knowledgeable about the options, professional, and interested in helping me find the right insurance for my family member. She was friendly, courteous, and timely with all her responses. I also had the pleasure to deal with Steve Trombley when Jennifer was unavailable and found him to also be helpful and responsive to all my needs. I felt like I was teated as if I had known them for many years! I am so HAPPY with this agency and so very glad that I chose them for my family's insurance needs in Portland. Steve Trombley State Farm has handled my home, auto and life insurance for a couple of years now. I cannot say enough about the attentiveness and professionalism of Jen-Marie and Steve. They are always cheerful and urgent with any customer service requests that I have had. Recently, I had an urgent matter with a business deal closing. I was away for a couple of days and needed to sign some important documents. They both helped me long-distance and I was able to get the documents where they needed to go, completely signed without having to drive all the way back to their office. Everyone who picks up the phone and their office has been very friendly and helpful. In addition, they helped me save money over my former insurance provider for my home and auto as well as life insurance. In fact, Jen-Marie realized that she could save me money on my current State Farm life insurance policy and help me get into a new product that actually saved me quite a bit of money per year for the same coverage. Visited the Steve Trombley Agency this afternoon and I must say, what an experience. I’ve been putting off shopping for new insurance for quite some time but I am so thankful for my experience today. I worked with Jennifer and Steve in the office and they were knowledgeable and genuinely concerned about protecting me and my assets.
