When my family goes to the mall, Torrid is a must-visit store for my wife. She almost always comes out with a purchase. The staff is great and helpful. The selection of sizes is always a wide variety. The staff remember my wife, and it's not like she's there every week. Very impressive. During the pandemic, the did a great job of following protocol.

I love Torrid, they always has the most gorgeous clothes and they actually fit correctly being a "plus" size woman. The sales associates ar this location are amazing! They're always so nice, amd more than willing to help you put together an outfit. I go to this store a few times a year, and the store manager always remembers who I am as well as small details about my life I've mentioned over my visits. She always takes a second to ask how I'm doing and chat with me.
