Brought my 13 year old in to measure her bust and had to come back because they told us the wrong measurements and, due to covid, trying on the bra was not an option. After realizing the bra didn't fit correctly, we had to go back to the mall, wait in line again and get another staff member to measure her bust again. The second time we had better luck, but still, I wish it had been done correctly the first time! Also...they're expensive, but beautifully made lingerie makes anyone feel beautiful!
