This is a lovely place to live!! The apartments are in an ideal place, very close to campus. The office is happy to help with any questions/concerns, and maintenance comes quickly after work orders are placed. The rent is fairly priced for the amenities you get.

I recommend living here! The rent is affordable compared to other apartments in the area, the office staff and maintenance workers are kind and helpful, and the apartments themselves are nice. They have activities like Free Breakfast Fridays (before COVID-19) and Instagram Giveaways. The only drawback is our neighbors are extremely loud, but this will probably happen at any apartment complex near a university.
Apartment was in bad shape and had mold. Maintenance was never done properly and at move out received a large bill even though the apartment was left in better shape then it came. I would avoid renting here at all cost. Go to the Ivy, it's nice there!
After being settled in for about two months now we have come to love living at South Rock. It comes fully furnished with a full sized bed, living room, and kitchen! We also have a porch to sit on outside and do homework or chill out on unlike the Ivy or Grove. Our monthly rent is one of the cheapest around and is completely manageable! The kind ladies at the office hold weekly a few days out of the week to win raffles for free gift cards and various other prizes. Overall, we have decorated the place to our standards and feel so much more comfortable now that we are moved in. My only suggestion with renting from this company would be to pay an extra 15 and stay at Stonecrest (still a paradigm property) so that every person gets their own bathroom. Comparable to other places where students live you are getting such a good deal for what they give you compared to other places that cost upwards of 100-200 more. Our move in was a little bit rough which is why I did not give 5 stars, but it would be close to a 5 if it were a little bit more swift. Overall a good experience and i plan to stay in paradigm properties next year at stone crest.
All in all, I have had a pretty good experience living here. We did have some issues with our appliances, but maintenance came to fix them quickly and they even replaced the items within a couple days if they broke.
