At Ashley they have a perfect set up yo help every customer. There are staff in the carpark to guide into the best spot, you can still browse around the stands looking for the timber you require, in the shop there is a one way system to keep you safe, and if your order is a big one they have staff who will take the goods to you van, there aim is to keep everyone safe, staff and customers

I bought treated wood to make a fence and the wood is covered in what I can only describe as mini bomb craters. It is going to cost a fortune for filler to make the wood presentable. On the plus side ordering online was easy and it was delivered on time and neatly stacked in my garden it's just a shame that the condition of the wood let them down.
