Excellent Service from Zoe and the team perfect replacement for my BaByliss for men clippers, also doubled my milliamp hours so so now they work twice as long thanks all @Cell Pack Solutions highly recommend no doubt i will be in touch soon for another item in need of repair/upgrade.

I ordered a battery for the fireplace and had no other option then to pay 6.95 for next day delivery. After 2 working days I still hadn't received the battery, without any notification from Budget Batteries. When I called them, they said they would look into this, since it was probably an issue with parcelforce and they would call me back to update me. 6 hours later I still hadn't heard back. When i called them back they said again they were looking into this and would call me back within the next 15 minutes. Again they didn't call back. The battery was delivered the next day. I completely understand that any issues with the courier company was out of Budget Batteries' control. But not returning customer calls when you keep saying I'll call back is very poor customer service and I found it very disappointing.
