Visited the hospital this afternoon after taking the top of my finger off, all I can say is the staff were fabulous, they couldn't have been nicer, unfortunately I can't remember the nurses names that took care off me, Thank you to the full team your all doing an amazing job.

Have been waiting Two years for an operation on my ankle!! Was cancelled the day before lockdown and I have had no contact from hospital since. I fully appreciate the problems faced by NHS at this time but a balance has to be found, it is unacceptable to leave people in chronic pain indefinitely, I have family members who have been diagnosed at the QEH Gateshead and had their surgery in the period since my op was cancelled.!!! What is happening STH?
Excellent service offered by a pharmacy staff member at South Tyneside hospital. She was professional and extremely helpfull by ensuring my husband's could access his prescription prescribed by the hospital.
