The best deli in South Shields. Vast menu which is tasty, healthy and good value. I can't get enough of this place and eat here most days. Excellent place to eat if your into the gym or on a diet. Try the Mexican chicken hotbox with Sweet potato noodles, amazing.
First time we have been and the woman in the shop was lovely, recommended the Indian chicken wrap. Amazing

Had my first experience of loft house food today absolutely fantastic I had chicken tikka the chicken was moist the salad was crisp well presented the staff were very helpful and friendly what more could you ask for will be back again
