Gave insurance in advance before appointment, paid in full at time of appointment...now receiving another bill for an extra 52. But they were positive the amount I owed and what insurance paid when I had to pay before being seen....now there is hidden charges? Front desk clerks need customer service training, treated me as if I was an alien walking in and almost asked me to leave when I was directed to come in for my imaging. Wont come back, even if doctor refers them.

Another great place is easy to schedule your appointment. If you happen to change your appointment, they're willing to accommodate it. I had a right shoulder aspiration with zero pain Dr Miller was incredible. of course his assistant Rebecca was so friendly and easy to explain everything was going to happen!
Received medical imaging at this location for many years and can't recall ever having a pleasant experience. The latest issues: Front desk actually hung up the phone during the check-in process from our car (while we waited outside their office). Called back, was put on hold for a long time, and disconnected again. Decided to walk inside to \check-in\ due to their phone issue. Women at the front desk can clearly see us waiting in line and kept us waiting even longer for no apparent reason. Also denied even hanging up on us. Front desk staff members are always distant/rude and lazy. Then a younger member of the staff walks into the waiting room to inform that my wife is finished with her MRI. Forgot to mention wanting a copy of MRI images for our records, but decided I can simply ask before we leave. Waited about 10 minutes but did not see my wife, thought she was either in the dressing room or possibly upfront near main doors? Called out to my wife near the dressing room but heard no response. Saw the younger staff member and walked in to ask about obtaining MRI images and check on my wife. That is when another older woman (staff member) walks up and says \can I help you?\ Her tone and mannerism gave an impression that I was up to no good. The younger staff member picked up on it then said \I didn't know he was here\. My wife walks out and greets me, no apology by either staff member for how it came across. Hopefully we will not have to return here again.
If I could give less than one star- I would! This is the absolute worst customer support on the planet! THE WORST! Their billing department is a 3rd party apparently. They are rude, unhelpful, treated me like I’m wasting their time. They were over paid nearly 500.00 when I did not owe this nor did my health insurance. it is considered balance billing which is illegal in Washington state. I have been calling and contacting them since June, and they tell me a refund has been issued and it’s on the way. I wait a couple weeks and call back and they tell me the exact same thing. They should all be fired! They are rude and condescending. Literally the worst customer service that I have ever experienced.
I have been plagued by their billing department for almost 2 years, despite having double insurance coverage AND calling the VA for them THREE times and doing ALL their work for them! Do not, I repeat, do NOT go there, especially if you have VA care. Effing ridiculously incompetent billing department! I even had the VA do a three way call the last time I did their job for them, and months later they sent me the same effing bill all over again. SMH
