I called just to check on an appt. the young lady on the phone at the actual location couldn’t get me off the phone fast enough. 9150 Huebner. Instead, she transferred me to a general call line where the wait was way too long for me to even check for an appt. Horrible customer service.

I have always gone here for my mammograms, with no complaints. BUT, in this time of Covid, I expect the highest degree of safety from a medical facility. I even called scheduling ahead of time to ask about their PPE and procedures at this time before I made the appointment. The young man who scheduled answered my questions and assured me that only one patient at a time was called to the back. This was not true. It was the same procedure as any other year. Then I was told by the scheduler that the technicians would wear an N 95, plus a surgical mask, plus a face shield. Having heard this, I made my appointment confident that these safety precautions were in place. I was dumb struck when the technician told me that they don’t have N95s or face shields!?!?! Scheduler gave out false information, lied. Once you are there , in that environment for 30 minutes already, it doesn’t make sense to leave without the exam. Very disappointed in this facility. I expect the highest of safety from my medical appointments and at least the honest truth.

Staff and manager have very poor customer service skills. Had an issue, asked for the manager. Manager stands in front of me and asks the clerk which one ? This one or this one as he points from me to the person siting a chair or two away from me ? He proceeds to look everywhere but at me while I am speaking. No apology. Makes multiple attempts at blaming me and attempts to lecture me on insurance. He asks what do you want from me? Why are you telling me this ? Seriously ? So it doesn’t happen again !! So patients don’t get turned back from much needed exams and procedures. So you can be aware of the issue and train your staff ? Very rude and unprofessional little man by the name of Edward Faz. Kudos to the MRI tech Milo. He was very professional and courteous. I will not be referring any patients to this place and I will share this awful experience with my Physician. Hopefully he will refer his patients to another facility that’s more patient t oriented and trained in customer service.

No problems here, ever. I read nasty reviews here. Look folks, it's a medical office. You're going to wait. I have been to this facility twice, a year apart, and the staff was always available and polite. And working. If you need an MRI, then you're going to be stuffed in a tube for 30 minutes or more, right? So don't drink coffee or Red-bull before you go, and you might think about clearing your calendar, doing a little self-meditation, and a cup of chamomile tea... your experience will be better if you are relaxed, chill and patient. (As you ARE the patient, yes?).
