Although I could not go in with my dog, whom is blind, the doctor called me during the exam and explained everything and told me what my options are. She actually listened to me and took the time to respond. I had questions a day later after the initial exam and I got my answers right away. I felt extremely comfortable with the service I received and the follow up I was provided. Excellent and professional service.

Very friendly and very organized. I like how quickly the vet prescribed medication for our dear newly adopted kitten. I like the follow up communication and letting us know the results of test and additional medication and care that was needed. I appreciated the experience so much we like them to continue her vet care.

Dr. Rose has been great with both of my fur babies. Ive been bringing them to her for 2.5 years now. She always takes the proper time and answers questions patiently. On one occasion She saved my little old fur baby from dying when she was already practically dead. The staff is always warm. I'm very happy with the care my fur babies get here and the service.

Our sweet Golden Retriever Rocky has been going to SWVC since he was just a puppy. Now at almost two years old we have received such great care for him. Recently during the pandemic he developed a growth on his lower eye lid and had to have surgery! They were so kind and caring to Rocky and he is recovering so well! We are so happy with SWVC!
