Excellent customer service, it's a pleasure to see such commitment. I tried both smoked buffalo mozzarella and stracciatella, of course is not like eating in South Italy but still good. Stracciatella was incredible, I can't wait to try more products. Thank you!

First class service and great choice of products at competitive prices. More you buy bigger discount you get. I hope they will be able to recover after Brexit and again will provide wide range of great Italian products. By the way their fresh and homemade mozzarella is very tasty. And mozzarella for pizza is much better then you get in supermarkets.

The customer service I have received has been second to none. One item was unfortunately missed from my order and then the carrier let them down. Due to Nunzio's actions, there was no inconvenience and I had all of my items in time for the weekend. All of the products were high quality and reasonably priced.

I recently discovered the Buffalo Easy website and can honestly say that I'm floored by their amazing selection of Italian goodies as well as their customer service! Not only is the wide range of Italian pasta, cheese, desserts and cured meat near-impossible to find on the UK high street, the price point (including the cost of express delivery) represents some of the best value to be found online. The attached picture shows part of my order that I am happily going through. The website takes a bit to get used to but this is just a small nitpick for what is an exceptional service. A big thank you Nunzio and the Buffalo Easy team! Tip: As Buffalo Easy sells both bulk and individual items, the best way to search for non-bulk items to be consumed as a family is to sort their page by price low-high. Helps in getting all the bulk items push to the back their search results.

I used their home delivery service, ordered on Tuesday and got my groceries delivered on Friday. There was only one item missing, for which I was notified via email and got refunded. A nice touch was the handwritten message thanking me for choosing them, they have also added a couple extra items as a thank you for my purchase. Prices are also very honest, especially compared to other similar services, highly recommend it.
