I'm surprised LDN Hire has over 4 stars. I'm very glad I did not hand them any cash; and very glad I had the forethought to start looking for alternatives early. They never called to confirm my reservation. Two days later, I phoned them as I was curious as to what the hold up was. They promised to get in touch with the relevant department and that I'd receive a phone call to confirm. I guess I have been too trusting - I never received that phone call. I began to think that maybe all the operators were busy, writing fake positive reviews to boost the company's rating. A day later, I sent them an email to find out what was going on. I received an unapologetic email in response stating simply that they had no vehicles available for my reservation request. I viscerally felt my IQ drop a few points at that moment. Something inside my tiny brain snapped. It takes a lot to wind me up - but 3 days of radio silence and a very clearly broken organisational practice and I'm a weapons grade keyboard warrior no less formidable than Attila The Hun or Gandhi. LDN Hire is a Micky Mouse organisation of the highest order. Absolute rapscallions of the modern era! Never before have I been so enraged by such scandalous tomfoolery. How very dare you treat a sincere customer with such disdain and antipathy. I have taken my business to one of your rivals. Good day to you.

I made a reservation/booking on their website for a 17 seater minibus and no one even botherered to get in touch to say they gave away my reservation. Only days later when I called they said they've now got nothing, only giving two days notice before we were meant to travel. It would of been good to know as soon as possible so I could have made other arrangements. In the end we had to take 3 separate cars and cut two friends from our group.
