Southall Funeral Service showed nothing but compassion, respect and kindness during one of the most difficult times of our lives. Incredibly professional, knowledgeable and patient, willing to go the extra mile with the smallest of details which means everything when it comes to saying goodbye to a loved one. Having taking over a funeral that was being (badly) managed elsewhere the transition was so smooth and the team kept in constant communication and remained totally transparent. I initially contacted Southall Funeral Service due to their rating, and quickly understood why they have 5 stars. The service I received was of the highest level. Honest, professional, respectful, understanding, polite, courteous, transparent and knowledgeable are all words that come to mind. I know people who have praised the company and dealt with older generations of staff. I personally dealt with Ben, who guided me through the emotional, sad and difficult task of arranging a funeral. His knowledge about Indian funeral rituals, maturity, dedication, depth and all round manner was exactly what I needed. From every interaction and step of the process, the level of real care and respect is clear from every single member of staff involved. Thank you all.
