My Wife and I went here today to have our first covid vaccination I would like to praise the entire staff of the NHS for all the hard work they are doing and the staff here today giving us our vaccinations they to must take care and stay safe. Michael and Sheila.

I had my Covid jab here yesterday and the whole process was extraordinarily efficient, welcoming and safe. Lots of signage with plenty of friendly staff keeping people apart. It gave the impression that some military advice must have been given. For example, you provide your name and you are directed to one of four queues according to the first letter of your name eg A-E, F-K etc. This speeds up finding your bar coded jab card. You then get directed to a waiting area with sufficient chairs until called a few minutes later. The process continues in this structured, efficient but unhurried manner. After the jab you need to sit for 15 minutes. You even get a sticky label showing the exit staff what time you can leave! The staff appear to be working extremely hard in this relentless production line environment. I hope they get frequent breaks. My only gripe was I felt that although sanitizer was available, it should have been obligatory on arrival. A wall clock in the departure area to keep an eye on would be helpful.
