Staff seem helpful and friendly but continuity of good service ended there. Recent purchase of tractor wasn't serviced before delivery which they have carried out since, but only when I complained. Still waiting for parts for the loader 6 weeks later. This is another case of a good machine being spoilt by poor backup!

Exceptional workshop service here similar to their Wallingford branch. They will listen to your problems in great detail and keep you updated on where they are up to regarding repairs On another occasion they also had a mechanic out on site within a few hours of reporting a problem to get the machine running for an evening shift Couldn't really ask for more
