I went in to return items, the WiFi was so bad I was asked to go to the front of the store so I could get a signal inorder to get my receipt up on my phone,as the queue was building behind me.

O dear, a very poor experience here.Please anyone buying tv from this store please check. We brought a LG tv and picked up on Tuesday night. Got it out of box yesterday night .24 hours later.When taken off protective cover found top screen damaged. So thinking ok take back and exchange today now Thursday be no problem. How very wrong. As no damage to box we have been blamed for screen damage.No refund !So why do Argos have a returns policy. Staff blamed us for damage.When asking to speak to a manager they played their top trump......they called for security .Like to add how professional security are in this store and thank you to the female security staff member. So now proud owner of one damaged tv from argos thanks you for that and taken my well earned 400 hundred pounds which I work very hard for.Plus spent another 400 hundred as it is for my son's birthday,for second tv.Yes we asked them to check that one !Left me feeling very shaken whole experience. So please check any goods in store so you don't get blamed for faulty goods.Just to say that after speaking with Argos help line I now have got tv taken away and refund. Will not be using this company again.And if I could rate the store with no stars then that is what I would of done.And yes a complaint about the staff at this store to head office is well on it's way.

Nice staff, easy to use self service tills. Down side alot stuff you can order in store but pick up maybe the next day. Use the Argos website then collect the next day, save two trips.
