Wow, what a fantastic place to shop, everything from the moment you walk in to the staff and service are just beyond excellent. Great range of products, really well worth the visit.

I visited the store in West Quay with my partner yesterday and was left feeling very hurt and upset because of a staff member at the store. I am not able to wear a mask because of breathing problems which leaves me feeling suffocated by masks which then sets off my asthma. Whilst in the store a female member of staff came up to me and very rudely said "youneed to put a mask on, you are not allowed in this store without one" i explained i can't wear one because of my breathing problems. She then basically told me to leave and then started talking back at me saying i had to put one on and that having asthma shouldn't stop me wearing one as she had asthma. I told her she is discriminating against me because i cant wear one. I left the shop but all the other customers and staff were all watching me which made me feel very upset and hurt. I then had to go home and finish my shopping trip as it made me feel very anxious and upset by the way your staff treated me.

Great service in this store. The staff are attentive and knowledgeable of their clothes. Offered a drink while I waited. Great range of clothes. Not cheap but the quality is worth it. Good range of ties which I was shopping for and assisted in picking pocket squares socks etc to go with a suit we had blight previously from this store.
