Ordered 1500 litres delivered 1350 even though there was plenty of room in tank. phoned to complain never got back to me with a reason. Account if you are in credit at the end of the year they don't make a repayment unless you chase them twice.

3 out of 4 deliveries have now failed with no notification. 1. Just didn't turn up. 2. Couldn't find you. 3. Vehicle broke down. - Every time their office were unapologetic and dismissal - in summary they couldn't give a toss. Be prepared to wait in for days for a delivery that based on these stats, you only stand a 25% chance of receiving.
