Currently only open for Click & Collect, which they couldn't have done better. Simple to use website with collection within 3 hours. Arrived into the empty car park, clear click & collect signage. Greeted by a friendly member of staff who took my order number and got my items quickly. Easy to use and very covid friendly. Highly recommend as a good covid secure way to shop during this lockdown. Products of a good quality as always from Dunelm.

Everyone is very helpful and friendly. The goods on sale are reasonably priced and good quality. Easy, free parking. Have tried 'Click and Collect'. That works well too.
I have visited the Dunelm shop in Southampton today. I bought a beautiful net curtain with the made to measure service. Excellent service for someone who doesn't have a sewing machine. I want to mention Amy. She is amazing, professional, kind and patient and has been very helpful and she gave me good advice. I had a wonderful experience in the shop, as always . Thank you Dunelm, thank you Amy.
I love Dunelm, if I need something for my home or a gift, I am pretty much guaranteed that I will find something in Dunelm. My recent visit was to buy a card, I bought two cards, a gift and the set of cutlery that I've been looking for. I am so happy with my cutlery. Thrilled in fact. The staff were so very friendly and their covid 19 procedures were really good. On the door, around the shop and at the till.
Love this store always find what I'm looking for bedding wise and more. I like that they cater for the bigger depths of mattresses when it comes to their fitted sheets. Beautiful quality trust me mine are cat tested. Nice matching items too. Something for everyone here yes even kids be they big or small. Also have nice little cafe area upstairs. Do note parking is 2 hours limit only at Southampton store. But Fareham branch is free parking.
