The LiFE of Sam & Chantel

Food was pretty good, good portion size and very nice taste! Didn't get a check back and the lighting could have been a little lighter (I edited the photos to look lighter). Fairly nice staff, I like the American style.

OMG I love Ed's!!!!! Customer services are so nice and professional, I been there 2 times with my family, I wasn't disappointed at all!!Foods are amazing, drinks are nice and service was amazing too. Also one more thing. I work in customer service too so I am also very picky when its comes to me to go out and eat somewhere else. The first time me and my son visited Ed's for lunch. I seen a guy who literally washed his hands after every order. I felt so comfortable and safe there, our food and drinks was really looked after. Glasses were clean etc. Really loved it. Well done guys!! Great job!! ️

Nothing special here, but that sounds a little misleading. If you are looking for a classic American-style taste for your meal out then you don't need to look any further. I've been here several times now and am yet to be disappointed. This isn't a particularly adventurous cuisine, but that doesn't mean anything if it is what you fancy. Good burgers, great fries, and some killer shakes all for a reasonable price.

Milkshakes are lovely here, wheelchair access and easy to book a table online with space for multiple wheelchair. Service was quick and the place was very busy and loud. The food was nice for the price and quality would deffinatly go back there again.

No covid measures whatsoever.. reusing paper menus! I thought they were one use only, even before the pandemic! I watched a waitress wipe 4 tables with the same cloth, not spraying a single table with anti bac.. it seems that no efforts have been made other than scanning track and trace which is a legal requirement... this is the kind of place that will have us moving up a tier... food was OK but overpriced for what it is.. First and last for us.

Was not told to register "track & trace", only found out when I used the WiFi, and that is an H&S issue! I had the breakfast: No hash browns available so had beans instead, but both beans supplied and the alternative to HB was so little it was one layer of beans in a small Ramekin. I pointed out to the waiter who apologised but only took one away and added a few more beans, but still lower than advert image. Could not swap 2 x veg for any meat item - i.e. could not have what I wanted only what was given. My son had BBQ ribs. There was a hair in the ribs. The ribs were very dry and dull and his Ramekin of Mac Cheese was only 1/2 full and poor quality. To add insult we were made feel uncomfortable, being asked to add a tip, which we did, but shouldn't have. We were clearly being ripped off for profits, a very stupid approach as it means we won't go back and will tell others. People may not complain, but they will not return. Expect to see huge layoffs and closures announced!

This place is really great for a date idea as there are many different options for food and drink. The pudding menue is also amazing.
