Brought a watch online from the branch in West Quay during lockdown as a 50th birthday present. Ella couldn't have been more helpful. Excellent service and pulled out all the stops....thank you!

Was not a pleasant experience, we were in the process to buy a watch for a special occasion and we knew the product we were looking to purchase however upon arrival the employee we were welcomed by did not seem to want to even acknowledge us. We mentioned the watch we were interested in but preferred to show us products outside of the store instead of us walking inside. Sounded in a rush and as if he had better things to do than talk to us, overall experience was terrible and will not go back or recommend.

Zero stars! I wanted to enter to the store to browse for a present, expensive , you know , diamonds. I got refuse to enter the store, lady said that she will bring me what ever i want, but how do i know what is in the store????? Next time i will ask bring me all the bracelets, rings and earing what they have!
