My 13 year old Bosch f/freezer never recovered after its last defrost (and actually hadn't worked properly temperature-wise from day one!). Decided to \go local\ as I'd prefer to support a local business than a chain. Booked a visit. Arrived on time. Courteous. Professional. Friendly. Very happy. I knew already I'd need a new one. Built-ins are always pricey but you don't really have a choice unless you want to redesign your kitchen.... more pricey?!? Went for the recommended make/model and checked online to see what it did and to read reviews. Also, what I didn't expect to pop up was all the so called \offers\! But they were more expensive than what I had been quoted and paid! Plus most charged more on top for delivery and fitting (which I wasn't charged for)! I cannot recommend this company enough. I am so pleased with the service I received and will definitely use them again........ when the next appliance goes, which hopefully won't be too soon, fingers crossed! Brilliant service from start to finish and I'm one very happy customer. Thank you!
