The Deweys

All the staff where incredible at the Marland’s Southampton branch. Cheerful, lovely and encouraging. My daughter was getting her ears pierced for the first time. Each member noticed the fact she was nervous and each offered comfort. An extra special thanks to the lady who actually pierced my daughters ears. She was fantastic talking her through ever step and allowing her to understand what was happening next. Overall a 5 star experience and I would highly recommend F Hinds to anyone who is looking to get there ears pierced. Thank you!

The rude lady working there come shouting at my 3 years old son because he was touching the front glass while we were waiting to be call in to purchase watch and some rings and that made as to walk away because we can't deal with that attitude as she can come nicely asking me not going with anger to a toddler. Will never go again or recommend it to anybody

Staff were friendly and helpful. Even got a cheeky discount when I asked for one. Reason for the 4 stars is only because the NECKLACE I've bought has been sent off to be personalised and I was told it would be ready for collection on a certain date and that date has passed . Just hope it's ready for Christmas .
