I wish I knew how wonderful, professional, and supportive the Franklin Allan team were when my wife and I first decided to rent out our old house! Because it did seem like a very daunting task at first, mainly because the house required a face-lift, and we did not even know where to start! How lucky were we to have Franklin Allan recommended to us by a friend, they helped us through renovation and all the aspects of getting the property ready for tenants and, amazingly, found great tenants to move in the same week the renovation was completed! They made the whole experience as smooth as possible - great positive communication, personalized service, attention to detail and commitment throughout – I do not normally leave testimonials, but in this case, I feel I just have to!

Excellent and professional service. Franklin Allan are an amazing firm - Tim, Jason, and Linda provided so much help and support with a house purchase and property rental. They gave excellent advice and were always very quick and organized. Being a smaller firm they follow closely every aspect of your purchase, and are always on hand to provide more info when required. I would highly recommend them to others.
