We spent 1200 on a gorgeous looking grey corner sofa, item number: CMFIDISP1-002. One of the main selling points from the shop assistant was that it keeps it shape. 10 months later, the corner sofa is not keeping its shape, it dips in areas that you sit on, and generally doesn't look good for a 10 month old sofa - we were hoping for that money the sofa would last us years. I contacted Southampton, where we bought it, and I sent pictures, only to be told they wouldn't do anything about it. I won't be buying from Furniture Village again.

Just had our corner sofa delivered by the amazing Ben and Nicolas. They were on time and an amazing help with getting it in, we had to take the front door out and it was a struggle but they managed it! Soo a massive thank you to them for delivering it and a massive thank you to the Southampton store for helping us find our perfect sofa.

Ordered a new sofa in September, We were told January it would be delivered, I had to chase there whereabouts of my sofa as there was no communication then found out, it was delayed until the beginning of February.. now it’s been delayed AGAIN!! I won’t be using furniture village again for any further purchases and if my sofa is NOT here by the end of this month I am cancelling my order!!

Had an excellent experience shopping and purchasing my new living room furniture at Furniture Village. Grant was our salesperson, he was very knowledgeable about the different brands available, was very pleasant and not at all pushy. He gave us the information we needed to make our own decisions. Grant was also up front about delivery times. First time we have ever purchased from Furniture Village and we will not hesitate to recommend that branch.

We bought a Central Park dinning set and Infinity sofa bed and 2 seaters Infinity sofa I Furniture Village about a year ago. 6 months after we started noticing a dip on the Central Park Corner Bench. We rang and were advised it's just normal wear and tear. Bealry a year we now have 2 big dips on the corner bench and feel wires when sitting. I have reported this again on the online chat and was advised that my query was passed on and that we will contacted in the next 5 days at latest. We are still to hear from them few weeks after. So very disappointed with the after sale customercare.

Thanks, Aleks, We found you very courteous and professional when we came in to look for a new 3 piece suit over the weekend. Your knowledge on the various Chairs and Sofas at Furniture Villages Southampton was extremely helpful. The use of Hand Sanitiser and our Temperature being taken as you enter the store made you feel safe. Whilst looking around the store we felt that there was no pressure to make us buy anything and the offer and making of a cup of coffee was apricated.

We visited Furniture Village yesterday to purchase our first sofa suite. Bana greeted us warmly as we entered. She gave us the perfect balance between space to view sofas alone and intervening to help and offer advice. She let us know that most sofas were available in both leather and fabric which we didn't know and even offered us a tea or coffee! When we had clearly chosen the suite we loved, she noticed we were choosing between the 20 or so different fabrics it was available in and suggested we looked at them beside the window too to see what they looked like in daylight. This was really helpful as the fabrics really did look very different in natural light. Once we were ready to purchase, she came straight over and took us to the sales manager Victoria. Considering this was only her fourth day working at Furniture Village, we thought she did a great job at customer service!
