I was dealt with very admirably by Tony on first phone contact. Not only was he very professional but he did not fluster etc when his computer froze 3 times essentially not allowing him to proceed. He fully explained your companies services and deals. He did not push any of the services just explained their benefits. We booked the repair for my duel fuel cooker. Considering this young man has been with your company for 2 weeks and it's his 2nd day in the phones he will be a definite asset to your team/company. Well done Tony! Called regarding freezer possible regassing. Cheerful George calmed me down after an initial call kept me waiting and then hung up on. George explained everything clearly and sorted out a cheaper D&G type service contract. Unfortunately despite the urgency my repair was booked for 7 days later. I rang again and Charlotte took time to understand my disappointment and rebooked for 3 days later. Not ideal but considering she rang up the repairs guy to rebook I accepted this. All in all so far so good. My fault for waiting until I needed an urgent response. Update not only did they bring it forward but rang me up saying there was a cancellation and came next day. Wait there’s more. The service guy they sent (Stewart from capital repairs) diagnosed the problem in two minutes flat- OMG seriously colour me impressed. Thanks go assist
Original service when booking the engineer was ok. Got quoted then 239 to repair dishwasher so paid for a new one to be installed instead. Once I did this the service was appalling and I ended up cancelling and getting my money back. Last person I spoke to was incredibly unhelpful and quite rude. Not at any point did anyone try to resolve the issue and no one even bothered to try and stop me cancelling my order. Would never use them again.
