Went in to inquire about an electric bike. I had enough time to browse as I hate getting approached straight away. Then Antoine asked if he could help me. He was so knowledgable without being pushy. He answered all my questions with patience. Even though I did not purchase the bike he recommended today because of his information I am going to purchase it at the weekend. Along with the accessories he suggested. He is a credit to Halfords.

They are overreacting to COVID pandemics allowing only 1-2 customers in a HUGE shop. We understand social distancing and keeping 2 m distance between customers , but that doesn't mean a huge 2500-3500 sqm shop for a single customer at a time. The staff were also sort of unfriendly and helpless, they stopped the system which was usually used to find car parts due to the pandemic as well. It took me more than 1 hour to buy a simple wiper blade. We understand everything is changing with all this COVID thing, but let's keep things simple and working, overreacting is not good and not doing better for no-one. If the government says 2m, let's keep 2m, not 300.

Ordered 2 and paid on line, I was told they were in stock.... waited till time they said it would be ready.... stood in a queue for 20mns only to be told they only had 1 available.... ok.... can I pick it up from another branch.... no, i was told it has to be refunded from there and I needed to re order from the other branch.... I know things are difficult at this time but, please, really didn't need this to happen.... surely there is an easier way to do things....

Can't get through to them....Ordered 2 helmets on line on evening 10th July for collection on Sat 11th July, told to wait for text, order and text cam through on 10th, said wait for text. still waiting & when i check order status processing, can't get through, tried multiple times yesterday and today, had phone put down on me twice today.... shoody service

Could not fit a tyre of their own choosing on to a road bike still has a bulge in it. Took gears in for service, cables changed but gears still clanky and unpredictable very poor.
