We ordered a turkey for 2017 Christmas, paid a 10 deposit and were told it would be in for collection on Christmas Eve. Now, the turkey was great; unfortunately, it has gone up 10 since we paid the deposit. According to consumer law, we had entered into a contract when we paid the deposit. Alas, they refused to give us the turkey at the agreed price and we had to pay the extra 10 to avoid Christmas being ruined. So, lovely turkey, terrible customer service. We won't be buying anything from there again.
