By far the worst customer service ! Me and my wife were by the self pay counter and facing an issue with our card payment . I was looking around for a member of staff but no was to be seen except the person at the counter . Looking through I happened to see the shift supervisor dressed different talking on her phone inside the kitchen . I got back to a different pay machine with my wife and then I was approached by a lady called Sammi the same lady using her cell phone inside the kitchen asking me and my wife to maintain social distance then later asking only one of us to order & the other to stand outside the restaurant . I politely asked her to have a look around as the ppl who were standing before us were with their partners/ family members or friends to which she asked to either follow the rules or said she may have to call security. A few others at the store too objected to her rude behavior. Nevertheless this lady is a living Karen in Southampton a true specimen to look out for your next visit . We have already filed an official complaint regarding the same. Trust me when I say she’s “BUILT DIFFERENT “. Cheers
