There's nothing to be afraid of at your biometric appointment! The staff were super nice and my appointment only lasted about 15 minutes. I recommend that you pay for a 'premium' service rather than the 'free' service because the staff will ensure that all of your scanned and uploaded UKVI documents are acceptable quality and labelled correctly. I only uploaded my passport once to UKVI, but apparently I needed it uploaded again and labelled as 'education' to prove my ability to speak English, which the staff kindly did for me during my appointment.

The biometrics lady(sorry forgot your name) was VERY helpful, made me feel comfortable. Appointment only lasted about 10-15 minutes and by the time I was done, I felt like I'd known her for a long time. Thank you Lady
