Fantastic from the moment I walked in and saw Inda (sorry if I've spelt name wrong) who immediately knew my hair colour wants and needs. I have dreaded having my hair bleached at many hair salons as (having naturally black hair) I'm always left with brassy coloured hair! Sellys hairdresser Joana was amazing! She cut, coloured, washed and styled my hair exactly how I wanted it. I felt so at ease with her and couldn't believe my luck that someone finally got it right. Definitely here to stay and will not be going anywhere else. So impressed that I was also booked in there and then after I only popped in for a price enquiry! These guys are so professional and most importantly honest in what they do. Thanks Inda and Joana I will be back.

NEVER go to this hair salon. After being told my hair would be ash blonde, and leaving with it bright yellow (even the man who did it said ‘at least it was better than how it was when you came in’ and ‘don’t worry it’ll get better after a few washes’) I was refused a refund. I was then told by the manager to contact head office, and then was never given the head office details (i am unsure if this head office exists or if this was just a way to intimidate me and make me drop my refund request). Finally after speaks of small claims court I was then offered a refund for the colour. I was also asked to take down my previous review. The next day I had 4 missed calls from the managers number, even after telling her I was in university lectures. I then had messages on my phone from the manager black mailing me telling me that I could not get my refund unless I took down the review and I would have to do this first. All in all, an absolute awful experience. I have finally got my money back (after having to leave my lecture in order to take down my previous review) so I will be able to get my hair put right elsewhere. Awful service, awful skill level and awful customer treatment. This place should be shut down.

My first visit and a lovely experience. Marina cut and styled my hair and I am so pleased with it. Salon staff made me feel very welcome and everyone is so friendly. Impressed with the social distancing and the amount cleaning that went on. Excellent value for money. will make this my regular hair salon

Been going to this salon for years. Definitely recommend this salon 100%. Always get my hair coloured and cut. I have my eyebrows threading and tinted aswell. They do an amazing job. The staff are so friendly and even when I want a change they listen to what I want and always do what I want. Also, I feel really safe going to this salon during the pandemic. The way they've handled the business through this horrible virus is amazing. They keep it so clean.
