We called SO Locksmiths with an emergency after accidentally being locked out. Very prompt, friendly and professional. Access was regained incredibly quickly with absolutely no damage to our door. Very very satisfied and would definitely recommend.

Turned up on time, very polite and did an excellent job repairing loads of dodgy mechanisms and replacing a few locks whilst tweaking bits to make everything function smoothly again. Left the place spotless as well. Sign of an excellent tradesman Can’t fault this company and their workmanship, will be recommending to all my friends.
Absolutely brilliant. We had a really tricky job involving installing new locks to an outbuilding of ours which other professional locksmiths in Southampton had told us was "awkward" and "difficult", but SO Locksmiths were really enthusiastic about taking on the challenge. Not only did they offer a much fairer quote (on their free call out service) than what we had previously been given by other organisations, they were very flexible and willing to come and do the job at a convenient time for us (which was ideal as we have a newborn baby and my partner works long hours). Ashley is a very professional, friendly, articulate and all round lovely character. He comes across as highly experienced and not only did he take the time to talk us through all our options (pros and cons of different locks, consideration of house insurance cover, placement positions, if we wanted one key for all locks or different keys, etc.), but he also really listened to what we wanted, answered all questions and made sure we were happy with the plan before going ahead. He kept us updated on progress throughout the job too but was able to get on independently (which was great as our newborn baby is very demanding!). It did turn out to be a tricky job but he was able to overcome all the challenges with ease. Before leaving, Ashley also gave us advice on maintaining the locks to ensure longevity and left the place immaculate. Really pleased we went with SO Locksmiths. We will be recommending them to friends and family and of course calling upon them for any future lock and key issues!
Needed an emergency key cut and back door lock fixed. Contacted them in the morning and superb job done efficiently that day. Highly recommend
