I would give them 0 if I could, son was put on a CP plan noone came out for two months had to go down to the civic for them to send someone out, my husband has been accused of being flirticious and that's a reason to see our daughters supervised. Absolute shambles, also was told by member of the family that they were told that me and my husband were not people they took seriously or listened too when we raised concerns about our daughters 2 years later they are now being referred to early help too little too late the damage has been done DISGUSTING

They assigned a single worker to my brother. She didn't contact me, despite me saying i wanted custody several times. Each time i would tell her she would say that she didn't know i wanted custody. She forgot or didn't care about very important information and i'm pretty sure there wasn't a single thing she helped my brother, me, or anyone in my family with. This is the future of our country, where innocent defenseless kids suffer because social services like this don't care or try hard enough.
