I emailed Southampton Logs on a Sunday with an enquiry and the lady replied within an hour with all the answers I needed! I had a bag of logs in my garage on the Monday and they burn perfectly and slowly too! An easy invoice payment using online banking, which is perfect. Excellent quality and service. We will be making this company our go to from now on.

Excellent quality logs and a first class service. The logs are clean and absolutely bone dry and in a good variety of sizes which is handy for getting it going with smaller ones then larger ones once the fire is nice and hot. 95% of them good sized to chuck straight on the burner, just one or two to split up smaller. I've had two batches, both times I left a phone message and received a callback the same day with delivery either the same day or next day. Will definitely be using again, thanks!
Always go to this supplier for my logs. I have an open fire and a couple of years ago the logs I had from him were slightly wetter than expected. With no questions asked he brought over another ton bag and gave me some kindling all free of charge. This was a one off however, as Daves wood is usually excellent, especially this year's lot. Highly recommend, really friendly people too.
