Food was good (coming from a German who misses his home country and the food) and tasted traditional (plus there was definitely sufficient quantity) buuuut it took a whole hour for us to get the food we ordered, and we were definitely getting hangry waiting for it.
Great German bar/restaurant in the heart of Southampton. Excellent food and beer with friendly staff.
Wow what a great find. I came here after work and just caught happy hour. The beer selection is fantastic as you would expect but the star of the show are their sausages. The bratwurst and selections are fantastic with a cold lager. The menu is resonable priced and good value for money. The place is very well decorated and good ambiance. They have sports one two screens but I would not call it a sports bar. Their is some outdoor seating too but limited to two benches on the pavement. I was allowed to bring my dog in with me which was a great bonus and th staff were very helpful. Special mention to Matthew who helped me choose a drink and food pairing.
Delicious authentic food. Fab staff. Good atmosphere.
