Cant fault this shop or its staff. Polished a scratch out on my husbands watch plus replaced battery and battery case all for free. Great service. Nothing is too much trouble. Wouldnt go anywhere else for a Swatch watch.

Had a great experience at the store in Southampton. I got a new automatic movement watch but noticed it was gaining time. Popped in as we were out shopping expecting to be told to send it away to fix the watch. We left it with the guys there for 30minutes, came back and was told the watch was faulty and was given a new one to take there and then, and got to keep the old strap too as a spare! No quibbles! Would highly recommend, thank you swatch...this is exactly the service other reputable shops should offer.

Visited today and the staff were fabulous, I had broken the strap on my expensive Swatch Irony and was expecting a big bill for a replacement. They looked through there box of spares and found a brand new metal strap that they supplied and fitted for free!! I was truly impressed and will be back to spend in this shop next time, I highly recommend.
