The staff have gone above and beyond, to create a safe enviroment to exercise in. I've been injured, and was worried about visiting again. So pleased I did, and now on my way back to fitness. Thank you team Totton Health & Leisure.

I have only been back for 2 days but felt safe plenty of staff on duty cleaning machines and equipment I was concerned about returning but am happy that I have.
Apparently their facilities are ok, however spending tons of time on hold waiting to speak to someone is not great, won't be visiting unless they get someone to pick up the phone!
The pool is is okay. It can sometimes actually be pretty cold. I would suggest adding a slide or flume in the big pool to make it thst little bit better.
A good health and leisure centre. Only used the gym which has everything I need for working out.
