The counter staff are great in my opinion but i have savings and need a reason to bank with TSB.I can't accept the interest rates they pay on my money.I was one of the people who banked with Lloyds, then my account was moved to TSB,and now my savings are earning almost nothing and tsb as a company don't really give me what my hard earned money deserve.To pay zero interest is ridiculous.Time to fulfill my new years resolution tomorrow.11.01.2019. They do pay interest rates on some money but nothing over a certain limit.Such a shame loyalty counts for nothing...12.01.Current account with another bank,set up isa and savings account.I have to close the savings account myself.easy.14.1.2019.Today i am just a memory to TSB.
This branch used to be good but in the last month it's really changed. Waiting times are ridiculous. I am considering leaving this bank
