Unfortunately I have to put 1 star because I am unable to do lower! These people have not only put myself at risk but also my children. I have met 2 very nice doctors at this setting but their organisation is appalling and there duty to treat people is non existent and making people worse, to be entirely honest and don’t know how they have not been shut down!

Over the years I’ve had a reasonably good experience here. Many of the doctors I have seen have been helpful and efficient. There was some nitpicking about the cost of drugs - as if 10 a month would break the clinics budget. Also some scaremongering about symptoms- the doctor concerned righty sent me for a consultation but seemed to have already made up his mind on the diagnosis! Is seems the online booking system is not being used at present and one needs to telephone the clinic to be given either a telephone or face-to-face appointment as appropriate. This is stated on the website. You need to find “Appointments” on the menu. It’s good that registered patients are advised about the changed nature of the clinic's operations, so as to be reassured that the clinic is there for them when they need it.

This surgery used to good some years ago. Was diagnosed early November 2020 with flu. Made another appointment as was getting worse, was diagnosed with pleurisy even thought I had no pain. Waited another week for blood test but was not allowed into surgery and had a consultation in the carpark. Where am I now! 5 days in St Richard's hospital with highest level of covid and pneumonia. Will certainly not be going back.

Tried to get an appointment for my partner for the doctor to call and no call received!! After calling again the next day and waiting on hold for 20 minutes I was told the doctor had tried to call twice. No missed calls and waiting by the phone all day. Said I would have to go online and go through the whole process again which doesn’t work as you can’t make an appointment on behalf of someone else. Total shambles!!

Totally disorganised, always end up in tears on the phone after countless calls chasing them and trying to get appointments or prescriptions sorted. I dread the idea of going to the doctors for anything anymore.
