Awesome place! Dr.Grimes always answers every question I have with explanation. My pets enjoy him and the staff! The staff is wonderful and very helpful on finding the best products for my pets flea and tick prevention. It’s very convenient that it’s a all in one clinic. Grooming, boarding, and veterinary care for my dogs, cat and farm animals! Pricing is very convenient they accept care credit and scratch pay as well. Dr.Grimes is always very helpful with my pets needs. You can’t ask for a better veterinarian!!

BEST vet in BG! So thankful for Dr. Grimes and his entire team. Dr. Grimes takes time to explain any and all questions. He is very passionate about his care and wants what is best for your pet. The office staff is very friendly and always willing to assist. I love that this clinic is a one stop shop. Routine vaccines, surgeries, dental cleanings, grooming and boarding. They provide everything I need for my pets. There is no need to go anywhere else. Great people! Thank you for providing such wonderful service. I have been bringing my animals here for quite a few years and I wouldn't trust anyone else. Recently my English mastiff was having issues with urinating on herself when she was asleep, after a visit, exam and some medicine she is no longer doing this. No more embarrassment for her and no more 2 times a day of washing her bedding. They are the best. I can't praise them enough. From the medical techs to Eddie Grimes, just amazing. And super affordable.

After relocating we needed to find a trustworthy, efficient, knowledgeable and most of all, caring veterinarian. Having 4 dogs (various breeds) cost efficiency was a must. Dr. Grimes and his staff goes above all the criteria mentioned. And an added bonus is the amazing groomer that works in the clinic also. One stop and all my dogs are taken care of. Thank you for the exceptional care and all you do.

Me and my boyfriend drove my dying Pomeranian here about a month ago. Before they would see him we had to pay a 125 “Emergency fee”, which we had to borrow because of me being out of work due to sickness (NOT Corona) and he having a recent job change. Even though he passed in my arms they still took him inside and saw to him. They were very respectful and professional. They even waved the emergency fee when they brought his body back out to us. My dog didn’t make it, but they did what they could. The only thing stopping me from giving a five star rating is the Emergency fee. That can easily keep someone of low income from getting their pet the help it desperately needs. They do have a sort of “financial aide” but you have to apply and get accepted first, which isn’t an option when you have your dying friend/furbaby in your lap. That’s really the only negative I have for this place. And I’d like to also thank the staff for trying with my little guy. I’m grateful for the way they handled our situation.
