We have used Southeastern Communications Services as our total phone and service source for over a decade. We have always had prompt, courteous service by technicians who are knowledgeable and friendly. In a world of A,T&Ts, they set the gold standard for service.

Needed an update and/or changes for our existing NEC phone system. Called and left a message. I did receive a call back and was told I had several options and that she would get some pricing together and call me back. Well, no call back. I called twice more and never got a call back. They are a communication company that lacks communication. I assume she never called back because we are a small company.
