Very rude.....especially the tall skinny guy. Bent machine sheet metal and claimed it was like that already (Have pics to prove other wise). My normal rigger was busy sooooo. I guess this is what I get for not waiting. Would not trust them to pick up my garbage let alone million dollar equipment. Only gave one star because no option to give none.
