Awful service. Tried to order a 6 person cab on new year's, around 12:30 as the 6 seater weren't avaliable to be pre booked. The phone operator had no idea when it would arrive. After around an hour of waiting we phoned up again and were told the driver tried to call twice before cancelling the trip. As the photo below shows, there were no missed calls on my phone. The woman on the other end of the line was very unhelpful insisting the driver had called implying I was lying about the missed calls. She said they would book another and try to 'hurry it up'. At this point my 80 year old Grandad and parents were left standing out in the cold, luckily a friend came to our rescue and drove my dad and grandad home. However it was still over an hour before my mum and I could get a taxi to take us home. Completely ruined the night and will be sure to never use them again. I would like to take this further and lodge an official complain but if their customer service last night is anything to go by they won't care at all. I appreciate new years is a busy time for cab companies but it is unacceptable to leave customers waiting in the cold for a cab that doesn't turn up.
Always a great service, never have to wait long, in fact last night I called one and it was outside by the time I came downstairs lol driver was sat round the corner
Taxi was ordered from the bull. Turned up. Wouldn't accept who we were, even though we were the only ones waiting. Ordered new taxi didnt turn up. Rang office as much use as a box of chocolate frogs. Dont use, deserve to go out of business.
First and foremost, I never write reviews but felt compelled to after my experience this evening (and with some similar experiences with previous bookings). We saw the driver arrive from our flat but received no call back. We left to meet him but he had left after \u003c 1 minute outside waiting. When I rung the office to complain about this, I was offered little to no help and told that another car would come when available. I was also told I was being unreasonable to be irritated with this poor level of service. Whilst we have limited choice in the area, please try to avoid this firm at all costs and use another service.
