Liz and Stephen did a wonderful job in trying to assist me: over an issue. They showed great acknowledge: extreme patience and spent a lot of time trying to resolve my issue. Full marks to the Southend CAB. Received no help or acknowledgement from the union i belong to.
Really good place to go too if you need advice they really go the last mile. The advice is excellent an they actually call you aterwards to discuss your options
