The Front desk lady (can’t remember her name) was lovely and made me feel better. I have extreme anxiety with the dentist and she was great! The dental assistant who worked with me (again, sorry I can’t remember your name ) was beyond amazing. I talked to her about my stresses and worries and she did everything she could to ease my nerves and help through every step. Thank you Dr. Tim Cross was my dentist/root canal expert, and he has a calmness about him that made me feel a lot less anxious... everything he did was care, I was in absolutely no pain or stress during the procedure. Professional, polite,accommodating and articulate Staff and Doctors. Office and equipment is clean and well maintained. Time spent as patient and accompanying spouse was comfortable and accommodations made for an \enjoyable\ day- I mean who enjoys a root canal? CHEERS

I turned out to be a difficult paitient but Dr. Keippel was persistent and kept trying to solve the problem and finally after 3 hours let me go home. Hopefully it will be okay in the long run but it was not for the lack of trying. Dr. Keippel was attentive, patient, caring and informative as to what he was doing. His staff was helpful and kind.

These folks are wonderful. Dr. Hughes is kind, compassionate and a real professional. Scrupulously honest. Every member of the staff shares his values. I am not given to hyperbole but this practice is really special. This is where you should go if you need Endodontics. By the way. Root canals don't hurt. Who knew?
