I decided to improve our phone system and came across Southern Communications, who from the start, were extremely professional and could understand mine and the business' needs. The team have done an outstanding job in improving our service and they're always on the phone/email if and when I need anything, and get back to me in prompt time which is something I find most valuable. A big thank you to Mark, George, Gina & Chloe who are a credit to this company. They have exceeded our expectations. Thank you.

Burley Golf Club has been with Southern Communications since 2012 and during that time has received excellent service for its initial Sales, ongoing provision, quality of telephony service and subsequently addressing the Clubs new requirements brought about by 2020. After discussing these new needs, we were passed on to a different internal department to continue the process. Whilst on the outside, the change from one service to a lesser service and combining a service from another Provider was quite simple, the whole process did go on for longer than anticipated, but during that time, Southern Communications kept the Club updated with the progress. There were some unforeseen challenges, mainly brought upon by having to deal with a 3rd Party, but the Southern Communications Provision and Technical Support teams, dealt with the issues in a timely manner. The Customer Relations team also became involved towards the end of the process, reviewing where things did not go smoothly. This was handled in a very professional and friendly manner. Ultimately an amendment to the initial contract was agreed, which obviously pleased the Club even further. The Club is now fully operational once again and we are delighted that we have continued our engagement with Southern Communications. It seems that we must have dealt with most of its departments during this changeover period but we are glad to say that we have received excellent service from them all. Long time customer, for various telephony services and lines, always find the staff very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous, particular shout out to Andrew Lawrence who will move heaven and earth to help, but in all seriousness Southern have never been a company to ignore customer concerns, especially following major outages (no ISP is immune) where they don't hide behind third parties and keen to work to improve situations rather than let them deteriorate. - Happy to recommend.
The whole team are great - good customer service is a must for me. However, I've worked with Ash in the mobile department for a few years now and he is amazing. No problem to big or small, happy to help at all times and his responses are super quick. It's people like Ash that will keep me with Southern Comms. Keep up the good work Ash!!
Excellent Company and Service - We have been with Southern Communications for a number of years and have always been happy with every aspect of the service, I generally deal with Ash Abbotts and Hannah King who are always very friendly, efficient and very helpful.
