This bank is a joke. I worked for Transocean for 10yrs and these people will not remove 1 late payment from my report. I explained i am trying to purchase a home and like everyone knows this WILL effect you in that process. There is absolutely now customer loyalty. They do not care about you as a customer.

I can't imagine anyone giving Southern Federal less than five stars. They are absolutely the best and have worked with us through good times and especially the bad. Honestly, I don't know what we'd do without them. We are a WMBE business and I know for a fact they don't do any racial profiling. That comment couldn't be farther from the truth.

Been with SFCU for almost 2 decades and they're the best. They gave me a GREAT rate on a car loan when my only other option was a \tote the note\ used car lot robbery. They've stuck with me through good times and bad and I will stick with them as long as they're around.

These people are evil & crooked, if you are a minority or anyone that non-white they will stop at nothing to prey on you and then lie into your face. And that's even when you uncover the truth and inform them that you figured things out and things didn't add up.......just know that you're doing business with this bank at your own risk!!!!!
