I tried to order a 10k Big Tex trailer from Bob @ SFLE modified to suit my needs. I told him I was a serious buyer - cash in hand and ready to buy a trailer ASAP. I have a Big Tex trailer now and I am very happy with it - I've looked at other brands and did not like them nearly as well. I wanted one very similar to what I have with a larger payload and a few modifications. I spoke to a rep at Big Tex and they said they could do what I wanted done no problem. After wasting literally a month of my time - leaving him messages, asking questions and waiting for his very delayed and incomplete responses with terrible communication from him (always painfully slow - usually several days or more to respond) he told me (as nicely as he could put it) that it was more trouble than he could be bothered with to deal with ordering a trailer that wasn't an easy \out of the box\/ standard trailer. Not that he could not get what I wanted - he just decided he didn't want to be bothered having to figure it out and deal with it. Very frustrating experience and waste of my limited time. I wish I never made that 1st call to him. I can't comment on any other part of his business - but my 1 and only experience with him was extremely poor.
