Simply Amazing

I met Andrene Morris in April of 2020 and she explained the buying process and told me what I need to do in order to start the building process. I value her expertise because she is honest, patient and treats you like family. I couldn't have asked for anyone better to guide me through this process. Simply because of Andrene's customer service I will start building with southern homes in the next few weeks! I can't wait!

My husband and I were house hunting in Polk county. We visited one builder and it was very nice we liked it. We weren’t going to visit southern homes because it started to rain but let me just say I am so glad we did and it was meant to be! We were greeted by the amazing Janet at the Lake Deer model home. Janet took us to see 3 different models that we were interested in and from there it was just AMAZING! we started the process. We went over upgrades which at the time they were giving 20,000 in upgrades and pay full closing cost while other builders were only giving 4-5000 and only paying partial of closing cost. My husband and I applied with one of their lenders and got things going! We went under contract and now our home is starting to get built . I will recommend Janet and southern homes builder to anyone looking to purchase or build a home especially first time home buyers! We cannot wait till our first home is officially done :) we love Janet and southern homes! - Noel and Shamir xoxo
